Burgundy patent leather sandals. They are closed with an ankle strap with a small light gold buckle. Enriched with a burgundy viscose pompom with a black velvet bow. Black frosted metal stiletto heel with a light gold ring bearing the Revolver Requeen Venexia logo. The leather sole is finished off by a burgundy four-strand cotton rope.

Materials and Care

Revolver Requeen products are made with carefully selected materials. Please handle with care for longer product life. Protect from direct light, heat and rain.

Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Fill the shoe with tissue paper to help it maintain its shape and absorb humidity, then store in the provided flannel bag. Clean with a soft, dry cloth or soft bristle brush.

Wrapping

All items are delivered in a special Revolver Requeen box.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item. Make sure all items are returned clean, undamaged and with all original security tags, labels, accessories and packaging.

Any defective item can be returned. Safety tags and labels must still be intact and attached to any returned items. Any non-defective item that is not in a suitable condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, dirty or damaged) or is missing security tags, labels, accessories and packaging will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, or in the case of defective or incorrect goods, you can contact customer-service@revolver-requeen.com with the following information:

If your return request is accepted, we will refund you by means of your same payment method within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal request, provided that the goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have effectively checked out that everything corresponds to the item sent and that it respects our refund guideline.

Revolver Requeen reserve the right to provide photographic support for defective or incorrect goods before authorizing a full refund.
